# Module 11: Client Access

Within Engyon, client users and audit teams can collaborate efficiently by sharing documents, source requests, and findings. Based on assigned roles and permissions, users are granted access to specific engagements and limited functionality.

This makes it possible to securely exchange information, review documents, add comments, and follow up on additional information requests within one central environment.

In this module, we will give several training participants access to the application as `Client Users`. The purpose is to experience how the application is used by a client user, how information from the engagement file can be shared with them, and how the client can provide input to the engagement.

> **Tip:** Watch a short video showing what a customer sees, or follow the steps below to experience it yourself.

### Inviting a Client User

1. The client user has been invited to the Engyon client environment and has accepted the invitation.

   If the `Client User` has not yet been invited, go to `Admin Training: Settings`. Ask the admin of `Fictiva Holding` to add a client user to the client environment.
2. `Client User` – Accept the invitation in an incognito window, or log out of your audit firm account in Engyon.

   It is not possible to be logged in with two accounts at the same time within Engyon in the same browser session.
3. `Engagement Partner` / `Audit Manager` – Once the invitation has been accepted by the client, navigate to `Settings` and open the relevant tab in the top-right corner. Then click `+ Add Client User` to add the user to your engagement team.
4. `Client User` – Open Engyon and click the `Fictiva Holding` engagement under `All Audits` in the top-left corner to open the engagement.

### Sources

1. `Client User` – Navigate to `Sources` using the navigation menu on the left-hand side and review all sources that have been published by the audit team and shared with you.
2. `Client User` – Go to `Understanding the Entity and Its Environment` on the left-hand side of the screen, or use `Search Sources` to find the source request `Bonus Scheme`.

   Then drag the document you received by email onto the relevant request.
3. `Client User` – Assign one or more colleagues from the audit team to the document by clicking the assignment icon.

   The assigned colleagues will then receive a notification in `My List` that a source request has been assigned to them.
4. `Assigned Colleague(s)` – Go to the bottom-left corner, click your initials, and open `My List` to find the assigned source request.
5. `Assigned Colleague(s)` – Click the source request that is awaiting review to approve the specific document.
6. `Assigned Colleague(s)` – Then go to the comments icon in the top-right corner to share a comment with the client user about the document.
7. `Assigned Colleague(s)` – When multiple documents have been added to a document request, you can also review all documents at once by clicking the review button.

   You can then either approve all documents or request additional information:

   * Click `Mark as Done`, or
   * Click `Additional Information Needed`.

   If you click `Additional Information Needed`, you can assign the request to the client user.
8. `Client User` – Check under `Sources`, or via your initials in the bottom-left corner under `My List`, whether additional information has been requested.
9. `Client User` – Go to the document, open it by clicking the source name, and add a comment by clicking the comments icon in the top-right corner.

### Findings

1. `Client User` – Navigate to `Findings` using the navigation menu and view all findings that have been published by the audit team and shared with you.
2. `Client User` – Navigate between audit units to find findings at audit unit level.
3. `Client User` – Click a finding and leave a comment for your auditor.
4. `Client User` – Click a quantitative finding.

   For quantitative findings, you can also view `Corrections` that have been processed by the audit team.
