# My profile

On this screen, users can set language, theme, and personal user preferences for Engyon. Under <kbd>Options</kbd> → <kbd>My profile</kbd> you change language, theme, and user preferences. The audit firm is configured via [Admin](/engyon/en/admin/setup.md).

The `Language` currently only adjusts the language of the software interface, such as the navigation bar and menus. The work package 2.0 is currently available in Dutch and English.

#### Theme settings

Within Engyon, you can choose between two views:

* `Light mode`
* `Dark mode`

This allows you to adjust the environment to your personal preference.

#### User preferences

Within the user preferences, the following options are available:

* `Show completed activities`
* `Show checklist items`

#### **Show completed activities**

Some procedures contain more than 10 different activities. To keep the screen clear and provide quick insight into which activities are still open, completed activities can be hidden.

As soon as you have filled in or explained an activity and saved it, two checkmarks appear at the top right.

* When `Show completed activities` is enabled: all activities remain visible, even if they have already been completed.
* When this option is disabled: saved activities are temporarily hidden to maintain the overview.

You can always make these hidden activities visible again by clicking the checkmarks at the top right.

#### Checklist

Are you a new user of Engyon? Then it is nice to know what is expected of you within a procedure. The `checklist` helps you with this.

If the procedure has a button to create, for example, an inherent risk factor, a process, or an application, then that step is listed in the checklist as `(optional)` and is checked off as soon as such an object is recorded.

The checklist is visible in every procedure, provided you have enabled this option in your user preferences.

If you would rather not have the checklist in view by default, you can choose not to make it automatically visible. In that case, you can manually expand the checklist when you want a reminder of what needs to be performed within the procedure.

#### Firm instructions

Firm instructions for procedures are maintained via <kbd>explanation</kbd> under <kbd>Options</kbd>. See [Firm instructions](/engyon/en/admin/content/organisation-instructions.md).
