# Recording the reliability of a document

You can record the reliability of documents obtained from the client in Engyon on the reliability page within a document. To do this, open the document for which you want to determine and record the reliability:

1. Go to the Evidence tab via the menu on the left or the evidence tab in a procedure step.
2. Click on the name of the document for which you want to record the reliability.
3. Then click on <kbd>Reliability</kbd> in the top right.
