# Same minimal procedures for group and audit units

Question: Why do I see the same procedure multiple times in a consolidation (on the line item and on each audit unit)? Can I delete the duplicates?

Answer: The minimal procedures (**basic reconciliation and reporting** and **conclusion**) are by default created **once at group level** via the antenna button on the Scope screen.

If you also see them on every audit unit, then **Configuration** → **Create procedures for components** was checked during creation. This checkbox is a one-time action, not a permanent setting.

You can delete the instances on the audit units and only keep the group version (apart from specified risk procedures). This has no further consequences for the audit.
