# Organisation

The Organisation screen under Options. Left column, tabs, and who is allowed to do what.

<kbd>Organisation</kbd> is the office screen under <kbd>Options</kbd>. On the left are the details of the audit firm (or a client organisation if you have opened one). On the right, you switch between tabs. An **audit** is the object in Engyon; these are listed on the <kbd>Audits</kbd> tab.

You need the permission to read organisation data. Inviting, SSO, and service accounts require additional permissions. See [Roles and permissions](/engyon/en/reference/settings/roles-and-permissions.md).

## Left column

The column shows, among other things:

| Label | What it is |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Name | Name of the organisation, with the tag `Audit organisation` or `client organisation` |
| <kbd>Organisation number</kbd> | Identification of the organisation |
| <kbd>allow password login</kbd> | Whether users are allowed to log in with an email address and password |
| <kbd>login domains</kbd> | Email domains Engyon uses to determine login options |
| <kbd>single sign-on</kbd> | Linked identity providers |
| <kbd>Provisioning</kbd> | SCIM, only visible if SSO is configured |
| <kbd>Preferences</kbd> | Default choices for new audits |

On a **client organisation**, you will see additional fields such as <kbd>Industry classification</kbd>, <kbd>External ID</kbd>, and <kbd>Country</kbd>, plus the <kbd>Entity</kbd> tab.

## Tabs (audit firm)

Order on the screen:

| Tab | Content |
| --------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| <kbd>users</kbd> | Auditors of the firm |
| <kbd>Service accounts</kbd> | Machine identities for the API |
| <kbd>clients</kbd> | Client organisations |
| <kbd>Audits</kbd> | Audits of clients where you are a <kbd>Client manager</kbd> or <kbd>Reader</kbd> |
| <kbd>Integrations</kbd> | Links such as RobotX |

Not every tab is visible to everyone. This depends on your permissions.
